CHAS WebsiteDuport are pleased to announce that they have been successful in gaining registration with Constructionline who are a public private partnership between the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI) and Capita Business Services.
As a national online database, it is the UK's largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. Its aim is to improve efficiencies for buyers and suppliers in the construction industry, specifically by reducing the duplication of work and administration relating to the process of pre-qualifying suppliers for construction contracts. Over 8,000 buyers from 1,700 organisations throughout the UK already use this database to source pre-qualified suppliers in the construction sector. They range from public sector bodies such as the NHS, local authorities, police and universities, to private sector businesses such as major contractors, small construction firms and consultants.
Constructionline WebsiteDuport are pleased to announce that we have been awarded ‘Approved Dealer’ status from Daikin Europe/Space Air, which gives us added protection in respect of warranty directly with Daikin. Duport have been installing Daikin air conditioning systems for over 10 years.
Duport Services Limited launched its new website in January 2009. Extensive work to create the new website has been underway and dates back to Autumn of 2008.

Duport is one of the latest group of companies to join the leading edge scheme, designed to help industry approve its safety record.
The Yorkshire based firm recently received accreditation from SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of health and safety practise amongst UK contractors.
Specialising in the commercial and industrial industries, Duport’s most recent clients have included major players such as, Philips, Thai Airlines Plc and the United National Bank.
The company’s application for SAFEcontractor accreditation was driven by the need for a uniform standard across the business, said Peter Kirtley Director or Duport.
